Located at one of the flagship Sausalito Marinship buildings built during World War II, this space has only had one tenant since its redevelopment in 2001. It is a small, private office with great views of the Sausalito hillside, that is perfect for one or two people. With open ceilings, the original wood ceiling is visible being on the third floor. There is a shared kitchen on the floor that is rarely used, as well as shower facilities in the restrooms.
