Kimber Management LLC is a family owned, boutique multi-state property management firm, with both commercial and residential properties in local Northern California, northwestern Nevada, New Jersey, and the Bakken Oil Field’s in North Dakota. We manage approximately 240,000 square feet of property across four states.

Established in 1991, Kimber Management LLC opened doors in Sausalito, California. We began operations in the Marinship area of Sausalito, re-developing and adapting buildings formerly used by the United States’ most productive World War II Shipyard’s into functioning, desirable waterfront commercial property just north of the Golden Gate Bridge. What was once a famous shipyard that operated 24 hours a day for three years and employed over 30,000 workers, was adaptively re-used into modern Class A & B spaces that now house Sausalito’s renowned artist community, wealth management companies, advertising agencies, financial institutions, startups and restaurants. We believe property owners and their tenants deserve cooperative, transparent relationship that goes beyond four walls.
