I am the owner of Automotive Technology Services, Inc. and we have been renting 3241 Kerner Blvd. Unit 10A, San Rafael, CA 94901 from Kimber Management for almost a year now. They were very easy to communicate with and fair with the lease contract. They take very good care of the property and have always agreed to the upgrades that I have proposed. We lease space in a building managed by Kimber Management. Bruce and his team are highly responsive, and provide excellent customer service. They work hard to ensure our needs are met and to resolve issues quickly. They are also highly communicative about upcoming maintenance services, so that we can plan around those as necessary.

My company, Delicious Catering, leased a space for almost 8 years that was managed by Kimber Management. They had always been easy to work with, but they went beyond what anyone could expect during the pandemic.When the lock down occurred, our revenues were cut by 95%, as all of the events we had booked were cancelled. Max worked with us to pay reduced rent until the situation improved, and then allowed us to pay the deferred rent over time. Without that accommodation we would have had to close our doors.After 47 years in business, we are closed now, having decided to retire. Max and Bruce were great during the time we tried to sell our assets and I know they will work well with the new tenant.
